No problems with booking holiday, I did the research first via the Internet. Checked out the hotels, etc. Upgrading to Premium Class on the plane was well worth the extra cost. Free access to one of the lounges at Gatwick Airport, with free hot & cold drinks(including beers, wines and sprits), air conditioning & comfortable seats. 
About an eight hour flight, comfortable seats, again free drinks, because of upgrading to the Premium Class, & various videos to watch.
The Leopard Beach Hotel.
An excellent hotel situated on Diani beach about twenty five kilometres south of Mombassa and overlooking the Indian ocean. Good food and the Tusker beer was good as well!
Staff were always happy to help whenever it was needed, but they do like to be tipped.
Good white sandy beach but be prepared to have the locals trying to sell you anything from a safari to a key ring.
However there is two private beach areas where you can relax and have cold drinks, etc bought to you by the hotel staff.
